Policy Duration
Our returns and exchanges policy is valid for 7 days from the date of delivery. If 7 days have passed since your order was delivered, unfortunately, we cannot process a return or an exchange.
Returns
We accept returns only in the following cases:
- Misprinted Items: If the design on the T-shirt is not as described or expected.
- Damaged Items: If the product is damaged during transit.
- Defective Items: If the product has a manufacturing defect.
Steps to Initiate a Return:
- Contact us via email at support@wearzon.in within 7 days of delivery.
- Include your order number, a brief description of the issue, and a supporting video showcasing the problem.
- Once verified, we will provide a resolution in the form of:
- A free replacement
- A full refund
- Store credits for future purchases
Refund Details:
- Refunds will be processed within 10-14 business days to your original payment method.
- No reverse pickup charge will be applied for valid returns.
Conditions for Returns:
- Returns are not accepted for reasons such as a change of mind.
- Ensure that the item complies with the wash care instructions mentioned in the product description. We are not responsible for damage caused by incorrect washing.
Exchanges
Exchanges are available for size adjustments only.
Steps to Initiate an Exchange:
- Email us at support@wearzon.in with your order number, current size, and the size you wish to exchange for.
- The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and with the tags attached.
Charges for Exchanges:
- A reverse pickup and restocking charge of ₹100/item will apply. This must be paid online via a payment link provided during the exchange process.
Conditions for Exchanges:
- Exchanges are available only for size changes of the same product.
- If requesting an oversized fit, any price difference will be added to the exchange charge.
- Exchanges can be processed only once per order.
- Reverse pickups will be attempted a maximum of 3 times. If the pickup fails after the third attempt, the exchange request will be cancelled.
Shipping Timeline for Exchanges:
- Your exchange order will only be shipped once the original item is returned and verified, which can take up to 10-12 business days.
Important Guidelines
Wash Care Responsibility:
- Follow the wash care instructions provided in the product description to avoid any damage to the fabric or print. We will not process returns or refunds for issues caused by improper washing.
Prepaid Orders and OTP Protection:
- For all prepaid orders, an OTP is required during delivery. Do not share the OTP with the delivery agent unless you have received your order or confirmed its handover to a trusted person.
- We are not responsible for orders marked as delivered if the OTP was shared before receiving the package.
